| Description | Homogeneous light with modular LED lighting solutions from GALAXY profiles Intelligent product design and unique product compatibility are the basis for future-oriented LED lighting concepts. LED profile systems from GALAXY profiles are modular LED lighting solutions. The individual system components are assembled with little effort, simply and quickly using a click system, and are mounted in a way that protects the substance. The TBP13 LED DRY CONSTRUCTION profile with plastering surface has a standard length of 200 cm and is made of high-quality aluminium (anodised). The profile is intended for particularly powerful LED flexbands and is therefore primarily designed for general room lighting. The profile can be covered with one or more flexbands - max. total width 21 mm. This makes it possible to create a wide range of lighting scenarios to suit requirements. The large surface of the profile dissipates the heat produced excellently. The TBP13 LED DRY CONSTRUCTION profile with plaster surface is filled or glued. The wings on the front side can be plastered. As a result, only the light line is visible. Easy and quick installation The self-adhesive LED strips are inserted into the LED profile, glued and wired. After the profile cover has been clicked flush into the profile and, if necessary, the aluminium end caps have been screwed on, the flexible strips can be connected to the LED technology (sequencer, transformer, etc.) and glued into the cavity of the wall/ceiling. The tiles on the front of the profile are filled or plastered. Recommendation For excellent adhesion of the self-adhesive LED strips, we recommend thorough cleaning and degreasing of the inside of the profile with a cleaner - see accessories. Fabrication and serial production (OEM) From a minimum order quantity, the LED profiles and plastic covers from our standard range are fabricated to size or according to customer-specific length specifications up to a maximum of 6 m total length. 6 m total length per LED profile system.
