The TBP5 LED drywall profile is supplied as standard in a length of 200 cm and is made of high-quality aluminium (anodised). It is designed for LED strips with a max. width of 20 mm. The low height of the profile significantly increases the beam angle of the glued-in LED strips. The large surface dissipates the heat of the LED chips excellently, so that even strong strips can be used. The profile is filled or glued. The plasterboards close flush.

Various homogeneous and glare-free light lines are offered by the wide range of profile covers made of shatterproof and flame-retardant polycarbonate (UL94 V-2 flammability classification). Opal/satin (light transmission 65 %), frosted (75 %) and transparent (85 %) profile covers are available in flat, round or high versions and are clicked into the aluminium profile. This covers the aluminium of the profile. The profile is no longer visible.

The result is sustainable indirect LED lighting!

Easy and quick installation
The self-adhesive LED strips are inserted centrally along the groove in the LED profile, glued in place, wired and connected to the LED lighting and control technology (LED transformer, LED sequencer, etc.).

The profile is filled or glued in place. The plasterboards close flush.

Recommendation
For excellent adhesion of the self-adhesive LED strips, we recommend thorough cleaning and degreasing of the profile insides with a cleaner - see accessories.

Made-to-measure and standard special production (OEM)
From a minimum order quantity, the LED profiles and plastic covers from our standard range are made to measure or according to customer-specific length specifications up to a maximum of 6 m total length per LED profile. 6 m total length per LED profile system.

On request, GALAXY profiles can produce LED aluminium profiles in all RAL colours (powder coating).
