The TBP6 LED drywall profile is supplied as standard in a length of 200 cm and is made of high-quality aluminium (anodised). It is designed for LED strips with a max. width of 14 mm and is installed horizontally or vertically on the inside of corners. The profile has 30 mm wide wings on the sides, which are filled or glued under the plasterboards. The plasterboards close flush.

The profile covers are made of shatterproof and flame-retardant polycarbonate (UL94 V-2 flammability classification). Available in opal/satin (light transmission 65 %) or transparent (85 %). After clicking in the cover, the profile is no longer visible.

The result is sustainable indirect LED lighting!

Easy and quick installation
The self-adhesive LED strips are inserted centrally along the groove in the LED profile, glued in place, wired and connected to the LED lighting and control technology (LED transformer, LED sequencer etc.).

The profile is filled or glued. The gypsum boards close flush.

Recommendation
For excellent adhesion of the self-adhesive LED strips, we recommend thorough cleaning and degreasing of the inside of the profile with a cleaner - see Accessories.

Fabrication and standard special production (OEM)

With a minimum order quantity, the LED profiles and plastic covers from our standard range can be customised or produced according to customer-specific length specifications up to a maximum total length of 6 m per LED profile system.

On request, GALAXY profiles can produce LED aluminium profiles in all RAL colours (powder coating).
