The TBP4 LED drywall profile is supplied as standard in a length of 200 cm and is made of high-quality aluminium (anodised). It is designed for LED strips with a max. width of 14 mm. For a homogeneous and glare-free light line, the flat standard profile cover made of shatterproof and hardly inflammable polycarbonate (flammability classification UL94 V-2 - opal/satin : light transmission 65 %, transparent : light transmission 85 %) is clicked into the ALU profile. The wings of the cover cover the aluminium. The profile is no longer visible.

The profile is fitted behind the plasterboards and can be considered as a corner protection profile, as it is the final element of the ceiling or wall drywall construction (spackling and plastering possible). The plasterboards are flush with the profile.

The result is sustainable indirect LED lighting!

Recommendation
For excellent adhesion of the self-adhesive LED strips, we recommend thorough cleaning and degreasing of the profile insides with a cleaner - see accessories.

From a minimum order quantity, the LED profiles and plastic covers from our standard range are made to measure or according to customer-specific length specifications up to a maximum of 6 m total length per LED profile. 6 m total length per LED profile system.

On request, GALAXY profiles can produce LED aluminium profiles in all RAL colours (powder coating).
