The TBP10 LED drywall profile system consists of two light components (base plate and luminaire module) and is supplied as standard in a length of 200 cm. The lighting components are made of high-quality aluminium (anodised) (also available in black / RAL9005 - powder-coated). The central luminaire module is designed for LED stripes on both sides (lateral radiation), each with a max. width of 11 mm.

Laterally, the base plate has 30 mm wide wings, which are connected to the gypsum boards. The luminaire module is inserted into the base plate.

The profile cover (opal/satin - light transmission 65%) is made of shatter-proof and flame-retardant polycarbonate (flammability classification UL94 V-2).

The result is sustainable indirect LED lighting!

Easy and quick installation
The self-adhesive LED stripes are inserted centrally along the groove into the LED profile, glued down, wired and connected to the LED lighting and control systems (LED transformer, LED sequencer, etc.).

Laterally, the base plate has 30 mm wide wings, which are connected to the gypsum boards. The luminaire module is inserted into the base plate. The gypsum boards are mounted flush.

Recommendation

For an excellent adhesion of the self-adhesive LED strips, we recommend the thorough cleaning and degreasing of the profile insides with a cleaner - see accessories.

Order picking and standard custom-made product (OEM)

From a minimum purchase quantity onwards, the LED profiles and plastic covers from our standard range are made to order or produced custom-made according to customer-specific length specifications up to max. 6 m total length per LED profile system.

On request, LED aluminium profiles by GALAXY profiles can be produced in all RAL colours (powder coating).
