Slim | FLAT | IDEAL FOR TILE CONCEPTS - 7.8 x 7 MM The PO18 LED INSTALLATION/REPLACEMENT profile is supplied as standard in a length of200 cm and is made of high-quality aluminium (anodised). It has a particularly narrow, flat design and is intended for use in tile concepts (only 7.8 x 7 mm). The innovative H2O cover (made of polycarbonate, opal/satin finish and available in lengths of 200 cm and 600 cm - UL94 V-2 flammability classification) is fitted with the H2O-ALU cooling plate as a support for the LED flex strip - max. width for LED strips only 4 mm.
The H2O cover is pressed into the profile. TheH2O end caps are made of silicone and are inserted into the side of the profile like a plug. This prevents moisture and water from penetrating. The H2O end caps with cable entry must be sealed with silicone!

Homogeneous lighting conditions and high utilisation of light output in every wet room!
Important note: Use in wet cells or outdoors is only possible in sealed form. Silicone, which is applied to the joints for sealing, offers special protection against moisture and water. Absolute waterproofness is achieved with LED profile systems by casting with polyurethane resin-based Wepuran casting resin (PUR).
When choosing the LED flex strip, pay attention to the protection class specified by the manufacturer (at least IP65).
Recommendation For excellent adhesion of the self-adhesive LED strips, we recommend thorough cleaning and degreasing of the profile insides with a cleaner - see accessories.
Made-to-measure and standard special production (OEM) From a minimum order quantity, the LED profiles and plastic covers from our standard range are made to measure or according to customer-specific length specifications up to a maximum of 6 m total length per LED profile. 6 m total length per LED profile system.
On request, GALAXY profiles can produce LED aluminium profiles in all RAL colours (powder coating).
