Intelligent product design and unique product compatibility are the basis for future-oriented LED lighting concepts. LED profile systems from GALAXY profiles are modular LED lighting solutions. The individual system components are assembled quickly and easily with little effort by means of a click system and are mounted without damaging the material.

PA1 LED linear systems Outdoor are waterproof and dirt-resistant LED flex strips enclosed in aluminium profiles with ready-to-connect cabling (protection class IP68). The aluminium profiles (PCB aluminium) are PU-coated and thus protected against yellowing.

We offer a 4-year warranty if used properly and for the intended purpose.

Absolutely waterproof

We achieve this absolute watertightness by fully encapsulating the LED aluminium profiles with synthetic resin (PUR - polyurethane). In a unique process, liquid two-component PUR is fed with extreme precision in six layers directly into the profile (in case of colouring 3-K-PUR - e.g. opal). The multi-stage application of the heated synthetic resin prevents air bubbles, inclusions and cracks.

Protection for chip and electronics

The resin covers the LED flex tape, the connection cabling and the entire interior of the profile and is flush with the upper edge or the side edges. The linear LED light component is now sealed and absolutely waterproof. Further advantages are the protection of the LED chips and the electronics as well as the reduction of the mechanical tension of the aluminium profile.

These linear systems can be driven on and, with the appropriate mounting rails, can be used very flexibly and in a variety of ways in gardens, parks, driveways and on house and building facades as staged decorative/effect lighting or as pioneering emergency lighting.

Simple and fast assembly
The individual ready-to-connect modules are available in lengths of 100 cm and 600 cm and can be inserted / mounted and installed professionally and safely in any substrate (e.g. soil, gravel, concrete, screed, asphalt, stone floors) or on facades using appropriate mounting rails.

Fabrication and serial special production (OEM)
Starting with a minimum order quantity, the LED profiles and plastic covers from our standard range are made to measure or produced according to customer-specific length specifications.

On request, LED aluminium profiles from GALAXY profiles can be produced in all RAL colours (powder coating).
