We are committed to protecting your personal data. We process your data solely on the basis of the legal provisions (German Data Protection Act, TKG 2003) In this data protection declaration we inform you about the key aspects of data processing involved in our website.


Contact with us

When you contact us via the form on the website or by email, the data you provide is stored for 6 months to enable us to process your enquiry and in case you have any further questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.


Data storage

Please note that to facilitate the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing by the operator of the online shop, the IP address of the connection owner is stored, as well as the name, address and account information of the buyer.  

We also store the following data for the purposes of contract processing: company name, address, contact person, telephone number, fax number, email addresses. The data you have provided is necessary to fulfil the contract or to carry out precontractual stages.  We are unable to conclude the contract with you without this information.  We do not transfer data to third parties, with the exception of providing account information to the processing bank/ payment service provider for the purposes of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/ dispatching company for the purposes of delivering the goods, and to our tax advisers to complete our legal tax obligations. 

When the purchase process has been completed, the data stored by us is deleted.  For contract processing, all data from the contractual relationship is stored until the expiry of the legal tax-related period for retaining information (7 years). 

Information about name, address, sold goods and date of sale are also stored until the expiry of product liability (10 years).  The data is processed on the basis of the legal provisions under § 96 section 3 TKG and article 6 section 1 para a (consent) and/or para b (required for contract fulfilment) of the German Data Protection Act. 



Our website uses cookies.  They are small text files that are stored on your device by the browser.  They don’t cause any harm. 

We use cookies to make our site more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them.  They enable us to recognise your browser when you next visit.

If you don’t want this, you can adjust your browser so that you are informed about cookie placement and can allow them to be stored in individual cases. 

If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of our website might be restricted.


Web analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics.  It uses cookies that enable usage of the website by its users to be analysed.  The information gathered is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. 

So by adjusting your browser you can prevent cookies being stored. 

We have signed a contract with the provider on contract data processing.

Your IP address is recorded but anonymised.  So this enables only a rough localisation.

The relationship with the web analysis provider is based on the standard contractual clauses/ adequacy decisions of the European Commission.

The data is processed on the basis of the legal provisions under § 96 section 3 TKG and article 6 section 1 para a (consent) and the German Data Protection Act.  

Our concern in terms of the German Data Protection Act (legitimate interest) is to improve our website and offering. User data is anonymised as we care about our users’ privacy.


You can subscribe to our newsletter through our website.  We just need your email address and consent that you wish to subscribe to the newsletter.

When you have signed up for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time.  Send us an email or click on the bottom part of the newsletter to unsubscribe.  We will delete all your data stored for delivering the newsletter.


Your rights

You have a fundamental right to information, to rectify, delete, block, to data transfer, revocation and objection.  If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection rights and has otherwise violated your claim to data protection, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority.
